Mieli Thun and Felicetti on the Slow Food Market in Zurich

On the 11th of November the Slow Food Market opened its gates in Zurich for the first time. From Friday to Sunday the market hall was filled with interested people which had the great chance to taste and explore the rich range of Slow Food products. Also the delicious pasta of our supplier Felicetti as well as the monofloral honey of Mieli Thun found the approval of several fairgoers. On the stands of both suppliers awakened lively interest, shown by consumer as well as on the part of the retailers. A special highlight of the fair was the laboratory of our suppliers on the live-cooking stage. Together with top chef Martin Real they created extraordinary dishes - such as kamut pasta combined with a fine spring cabbage and wild honey. This way the idea of Slow Food and the variety of products could be experienced positively. The next Slow Food Fair will take place from 9th to 11th November 2012, again in Zurich.
