Terre Exotique - Fleur de Sel from Madagascar
Fleur de Sel (the flower of the salt) of Terre Exotique is first-class seasoning salt. The manually derived sea salt is comprised of "young" crystals which arise naturally on the surface of salt pans and only are harvested under certain weather conditions. They have high sodium content and are rich in magnesium and calcium. For best results, use the salt only after the dishes are already cooked, and only for refinement.

Terre Exotique - Diamond Salt
A specialty of Terre Exotique is this fine, carefully selected diamond salt or "Diamant de Sel" from the salt pans of Kashmir, near the Himalayan Mountains. It comes from underground reservoirs, which have been formed over million of years by the draining of lakes. Terre Exotique offers this exceptionally pure product in a visually appealing glass, through which the beautiful salmon colour of this really exquisite spice gets visible.
