Terre Exotique - Cane Sugar from Madagascar
Sugar cane is a plant that can get up to five meters high and has a diameter of 3-6cm. The styles ripen from September to November and are then picked by hand and thereafter ground. The resulting sugar cane juice is cleaned without any change or transformation and crystallized. But for Terre Exotique this is not enough and because of that you also can present specially flavoured sugar.
