Cavalier Vicenzi
The family business of Cavalier Vicenzi from Mombaruzzo near Asti may well claim that their biscuits are baked according to the traditional recipe. For the production of the "Amaretti morbidi di Mombaruzzo" are only Italian almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and eggs used. The rest remains a family secret.
The Vicenzis place great value on good ingredients and the family recipe that is rewarded by success since 1955. The original Cavalier Vicenzi amaretti are extremely popular because they are wrapped twice: first with a beautiful retro candy-packaging, and a second time to ensure a long sweet softness.
A good amaretti is described with only few words: Golden brown and crispy outside, beautifully soft, tart and not too sweet inside. Cavalier Vicenzi focus lays on the essential: They only produce perfect, delicious amaretti and nothing else. Try the cultic combination of espresso and amaretti!
