The product quality is the result of a strictly controlled process beginning with harvest and continuing through the grinding of wheat in the mills, to the production of semolina and flour. Only the purest grain with excellent flavour quality and spring water from Monte Latemar in Val di Fiemme, which rises 2000 Meters above sea level are used. Air-dried in the magnificent, fresh mountain air of the Dolomites this pasta acquires a uniquely pure aroma.

These superior products are made from one choice type of organically grown wheat, which is so pure, that its origins can be traced back to the exact wheat field.
